The g-spot is the most sensitive area on woman’s vagina – after the clitoris.  It isn’t technically a spot. Rather, it is a 1 to 2 cm-wide area roughly 3 to 4 cm behind your urinary tract along the upper wall of the entry of the vagina. It is extremely sensitive as it contains dozens of nerve endings. Some studies suggest that it is an extension of the clitoris – as the neural network leading from it densifies towards the clitoris.

During sexual intercourse, your partner’s penis rubs along your g-spot as it goes in and out of your vagina. That friction movement causes your arousal, and thus pleasure. However, the g-spot shrinks in size as you age because your vagina loosens up. By that point, your partner’s penis can go in your vagina without passing through the g-spot at all.

G-shots include fillers made from either hyaluronic acid or fat. The filler gets injected into your g-spot (examination helps us find out where it is) to elevate it, creating a clear hump. When you begin having sex again, your partner’s penis be able to touch your g-spot again and stimulate it, and give you more pleasure.

G-shots take 15 minutes to complete, under sedation anesthesia. You get discharged the same day, after the effect of anesthesia wears off. You can also return to your normal routine and even go back to work the same day with no restriction.
